The trailer wiring harness that you will want for your 2010 Nissan Frontier is the Tow Ready T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118266. This kit gives you all of the necessary harnesses and relays that you will need for a fully functioning 7-way trailer connector except for the brake controller.
I have attached the installation instructions for this kit for you to check out.
Once you have this kit installed, you will need a brake controller and a brake controller wiring adapter. For a brake controller, I recommend looking at the Tekonsha Prodigy P3, # 90195. This is one of the top brake controllers on the market and the customizable LCD display is easy to read and easy to use. For a wiring adapter, you will want part # 3050-P. I have attached the installation instructions for the brake controller and wiring adapter as well.
