What is Correct Fifth Wheel Hitch Height for 2018 Ford F-150
Question:
We had our 5th wheel hitch moved from our 2016 Ford F150 to our 2018 Ford F150 and now it looks like when attached to our Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 5th theres a small amount of sag in the back of the truck. Should we adjust the height of the hitch in the box of the truck? If so, how do we figure which hole to use in the hitch? Is there a method to figure proper height? Thank you for your time.

The best fifth wheel hitch head height is the setting that allows the truck to sit as level as possible when connected and ready to tow. Judging from your picture it appears the trailer is sitting level but the angle of the picture might be misleading from my view.
Since your truck is experiencing sag a great solution to allow you to eliminate that would be to go with an air bag suspension enhancement kit like the Firestone part # F2582 which is a confirmed fit. This will allow you to adjust how much support the rear suspension gets by adjusting the air pressure in the bags. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
For a compressor kit then the heavy duty part # F2097 will work great to make inflating the bags and maintaining them easier. The compressor will inflate faster than standard compressors and the gauge inside the vehicle will allow you to monitor and inflate them from inside the vehicle.
