Due to the length of the trailer, I believe a Strait-Line Weight Distribution System that combines weight distribution with the Reese Dual Cam Sway Control would be your most effective option.

When the trailer tongue weight is determined, make sure to include the weight of anything stored in the truck bed behind the rear axle. If the 700 lb figure represents the fully loaded and ready to tow tongue weight of the trailer, then there are two different Strait-Line systems that would work for you. Part # RP66083 is designed for trailers with tongue weights ranging from 400-800 lbs, and part # RP66084, for trailers with 600-1200 lb tongue weights. If the tongue weight of the trailer will never be more than the 700 lb figure you mentioned, going with the lower rated system would be a good choice. If you plan on loading gear in the travel trailer that would raise the tongue weight above 700 lbs, then the higher rated system would be better for your needs.

Either system includes the weight distributing shank, but you will need the appropriately-sized trailer ball with 1-1/4 inch threaded shank. For a 2 inch ball, use part # A-90 or for a 2-5/16 inch ball, use part # 19286.

I will link you to the install instructions the systems I recommended, as well as a video showing the install and set-up of a similar system.
