Replacement Trailer Hubs for 3,500 Pound Axle

Question:

The axle has this painted on part number: C35001-903 G47500 KT3585HF 240 from what I know about part numbers the first is probably a 3500lb axle mfg date August 2003. Or well you would know better :D the spindle seems compatible with the #84 hubs but the measurements seems slightly off. my question: can you identify this axle and or spindle so I can purchase hubs I have 2 axles? I included a block diagram of the measurements of the spindle.

Based on the axle number and measurements you provided it's extremely likely that you have a 3,500 pound axle with hubs that use the # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing. Since these measurements need to be exact, I do recommend using a digital caliper to take those measurements along the spindle or simply pull one of the hubs to check and see if the numbers printed inside the bearings themselves match the part numbers above.

We do have a nice selection of hub assemblies that are compatible with this spindle (#84 as you mentioned) and the correct one for your trailer will depend on your existing bolt pattern. You will want to verify what bolt pattern you have by measuring either a current hub or the wheels that you are using. I have attached a great article to assist in this if you are unsure.

The most common bolt pattern for this axle is a 5 on 4-1/2 inch pattern for which the etrailer.com E-Z Lube # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K will work perfectly.

If you happen to have a different bolt pattern I have attached a link below that will take you directly to our selection of trailer hubs that will fit a 3,500 pound axle that you can look through.
