Recommended Hitch Mount Carrier for a 2006 Vespa LX150 on a 2013 Toyota Highlander

Is there a hitch mount carrier to safely carry a 2006 Vespa LX150 on a 2013 Toyota Highlander with factory mounted hitch?

For your application I recommend the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier for 2" Hitches # e98873 because it is rated for up to 500 lbs which should be more than enough for your 2006 Vespa LX150 and because it comes with and anti-rattle bracket that helps to reduce movement and noise while you are traveling.
Be sure you have some ratcheting tie-downs like the Erickson # EM31353 to help secure your scooter to the carrier. If you'd' like to add a lock for both the carrier and scooter then I recommend looping a cable lock like part # e98891 through the safety chain loop of your OEM hitch and then through a wheel and around the carrier.
