How do I enable the fan?

In order to then enable the rain sensor on the Digital Remote Control # FV9068-09 you need to hold the up/down arrow on the remote for three seconds until you see the light illuminated under the "Rain Sensor Off" label disappear.

Please note that if the rain sensor is still wet it will not allow you to open the lid again until it is dry.

Are the remotes new? Do the fans work manually? It's either the remotes are bad or the circuit board of the fans is bad. But since one of the remotes partially works I'd say at least one of the remotes isn't working properly…

It sounds like the powered lift is no longer working on your Fan-Tastic Vent roof vent. More than likely the motor has gone bad and replacing it will solve your problem. You can use the #FVK6010-81 for white or the #FVK6010-80 for off-white.
