Troubleshooting Fan-tastic Vent 7350 That Worked Twice

Hi guys! I recently bought an RV with a Fan-tastic Vent model 7350. It has worked only twice. I replaced the batteries in the remote, tried reprogramming the remote and it still doesnt work. Ive tried desperately to find some troubleshooting info on the interwebs and havent found much. Any ideas on what to try. This thing is way fancier than I am and doesnt work manually. So, Im stick with a fancy fan that doesnt seem to work. Or.....its stubborn like me and only works when it wants to. : Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The Replacement Digital Remote Control for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent with 12V Fan # FV9068-09 is the replacement remote for the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote - Powered Lift - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" # FV807350. If that is the unit you have, then the remote will allow you the adjustments you are seeking as long as you are receiving the consistent 12v power needed to the unit.

If you are not sure you are getting the 12v consistent power, I recommend using a circuit tester like # PTW2993. Unfortunately we no longer have replacement circuit boards if there is an alternative issue.
