Yes, The Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket part # C18115-117 will certainly fit your 2018 Nissan Pathfinder if it has a factory or aftermarket roof rack installed with cross bars that are not over 3" wide x 1-5/8" tall. If you let me know what type of roof rack you have, I can tell you for sure if the basket will fit.

If you do not have a roof rack and have raised side rails that run front to back from the factory, I recommend Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars part # TH711420 and feet part # TH710401 because it has a higher weight capacity than the other options available, at 220 lbs and Thule is a high quality trusted brand with Aerodynamic bars that cut down on wind noise.
