Where Is The Trailer Running Lights Fuse On a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500
Question:
I have a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 I added a Curt triflex brake controller with the correct harness adapter 51140, iam pulling a 2017 forest river 32 ft. Camper. All the turn, brake and hazards work but cant get running lights to work even when change headlight dial from auto. I can hook my parents 2013 GMC Yukon up to it and everything works with that. I have seen several different 7way plug diagrams . Any help or info would be greatly appreciated thank u for your time

For starters, the Curt TriFlex Trailer Brake Controller part # C24VV and Curt Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers part # C51451 have nothing to do with the running light circuit. The most likely cause of this issue is a blown fuse on the vehicle. For your 2014 GMC Sierra 1500, the running light fuse is in the #15 position on the fuse box which is labeled as "Trailer Park Lamps".
