Replacement Brakes and Hubs/Drums for a 2002 Rolls Rite Trailer With 10K Axles

I have a 2002 roll right trailer with 2 dexter axels. They have a tag with the following information that I can hardly read : H70 x 42 sn D7686254 cfn 39330 ???? 2715991. I wont to rebuild all four hubs/elec brakes . I need to know exactly what I need to buy. I have been told the axels are10k gen. duty. Can you confirm? Wiring is fine, axels seem fine, I just need the other stuff. thanks,
