Can Sidewinder Pin Box for Lippert 1621 be Upgraded to 5th Airborne Cushioned Model

If I Butt the standard pin box now and at some point in the future decide I want to get the air ride. Do I need a new turret or can I use the same one I already have?

The Reese Sidewinder pin box # RP34FR that bolts on in place of your Lippert 1621 can indeed be later upgraded to a 5th Airborne air-ride pin box. The item you will add to the existing turret assembly is # 5AS16K that you referenced. We confirmed compatibility with Reese.
