Dose this come with a ball to hook goose n trailer

I do have a solution for you but the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550038 is a fifth wheel hitch that fits the factory puck system in Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 6-3/4 ft bed. It does not come with a goose neck ball.
If you have a 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty with short bed with the OEM package and need a goose neck hitch I recommend Curt Goose neck Kit part # C60692 to fit into the factory puck holes. Please let me know if you do not have the OEM package and I can recommend another part.
