I have a 6x14 diamond cargo ta cargo trailer that i will be storing outside for months at a time. Can this product be used for this application? Also, what could be used to place under the trailer jack to keep it level? Thank you.

The TrailerLegs Tire Saver Stands # 326-TRLLG-4 can absolutely be used to take weight off the tires of your Diamond Cargo Trailer while it's in storage. They are fully capable of being used for long periods of time like what you plan on doing.

To fill up the new gap between the jack and ground when using the tire stands you can simply use an appropriately sized piece of wood that you source locally or some leveling blocks like the Stackers # A10-0916.

The TrailerLegs Tire Saver Stands for Trailers part #326-TRLLG-4 will work on a dirt surface and yes they can be used while the trailer is being used for a camping trip which I confirmed with TrailerLegs.

If you are looking for a similar trailer breakaway kit that has a built in charger and tester we have the Curt part #C52042 which will show you when it's charging and charged but the part #C52040 that you referenced does not have this feature.
