Can a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country Tow a 19 Foot Long Boat

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75305 which is a fit for your 2007 Chrysler Town and Country would be okay for a 19' long boat so long as that weight of that boat does not exceed 3,500 lbs or lower if the vehicle is rated for less (see owner's manual page 368). The length of a trailer does not have much to do with whether or not a certain trailer hitch can handle it.

If your boat is under 3,500 lbs or what the vehicle specifics then you are also going to need a trailer wiring harness as well as a ball mount and hitch ball in order to pull it.
