I need info on Curt C31006 Trailer Hitch Mounted Tire Carrier. Can I use this Tire carrier on My RV 2019 Freedom Elite?

Yes, the Curt spare carrier part # C31006 will work great in the hitch you have at the rear of your 2019 Freedom Elite. I attached a picture of it installed at the rear of a similar RV as what you have as well.

Yes there is! The Bump It adapter part #LC723359 is designed to fit the Jack-It 2 Bike Rack #LC429756 and allow it to fit a 2 inch trailer hitch like what you are interested in doing.
