Can the Curt Echo Be Used with the Lamp-Out Sensor Bypass Adapter for LED Lights

Question:

We currently use the Curt Echo brake controller with our 2017 Land Rover Discovery. Our Airstream has LED lights and the vehicle does not recognize the trailer when its connected. Two questions: 1. can we stack this product with the Curt Echo? and 2. does it matter the order the devises are plugged into each other? Im a little concerned having this many devises linked together which increases the risk of a loose connection. Thank you

The Trailer Connector Adapter w/ Lamp-Out Sensor Bypass part # 20142 will most likely fix the bulb error message you have on your 2017 Land Rover Discovery due to the LED trailer lights but it sounds like you are aware of this. In regards to using this with the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180, I don't see any problem with this nor did Curt when I called and asked. The Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller is just a pass though on the stop/turn circuits so you should be just fine with the above. I would plug the Lamp-Out Sensor Bypass in first and then the Curt Echo.
