Yes, the Reese High-Rise Pop-In Ball # RP19315 referenced in your question perfectly fits and installs into the factory gooseneck hole on your 2017 Ford F-350. This gooseneck ball provides an extra inch of height and will install just the same as your existing hitch ball.
