Trailer Wiring Kits that Fit 2004 Toyota Highlander

Question:

I have a toyota highlander 2003 and it has a towing package. I do not have the T connector and was wondering if i could wire a 4 plug flat straight to the connector instead of using a t connector

We have two trailer wiring kits that fit your 2004 Toyota Highlander. We have the # 118413 which fits all styles of the vehicle and the # 118248 which fits the versions of the vehicle that have tow package wiring. This is normally the kit I'd recommend for you since you have the tow package, but since it sounds like you looked for the correct connector and couldn't find it the safe bet is the # 118413 which easily installs by plugging inline with the vehicle's taillight connectors.
