How far does the receiver extend from the horizontal cross piece? Specifically the distance Ive highlighted in yellow in the attached image. I want to be sure Ill be able to mount this and still clear my campers bumper.

The dimension you are looking for is 5-1/4 inches on the Ultra Fab hitch part # UF35-946403 that you referenced. I attached a picture that has the dimension pointed out in blue.
