I do have a great option for you, however the Lionshead Steel Dual Wheel - 16" x 6" - 8 on 6-1/2 - 4.75" Pilot - Silver # LHHA420 that you referenced is not made in the USA. They also do not have offset like my next suggestions.

For a 16" dual steel wheel with the same 8 on 6-1/2 inch bolt pattern that's American made we have the Dexstar # AM20790 in Gray or # AM20783 for White. Both options feature a 5-1/2 inch offset, a 3,100 pound weight capacity, and come with a 2 year limited warranty.
