Will Heininger Advantage Threaded Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock Fit a Class I or II Cargo Carrier

Very interested in this and was to know if this will work on my 1 1/4 hitch with cargo carrier for anti rattle purpose + security lock

The Advantage Threaded Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock, # HE6033, can be used on a cargo carrier with a 1/2 inch hitch pin hole. However, if the shank of the carrier is not threaded the same as the bolt, it will not fit. Also, if the shank is not threaded at all on the carrier, the lock will only work as a lock, not as an anti-rattle device.
What I recommend is to use a lock like # 5200 with anti-rattle device # RM-061-125. This will be the best option for adding an anti-rattle device.
