I went out to the warehouse with the digital caliper # PTW80157 and found that the bolt holes on the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75139 for your 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee have a 0.64" diameter which translates to 41/64".
The bolts that come with the trailer hitch are M12 x 1.75" and you may already have some existing if you have the reinforcement bars equipped. If the trailer hitch has already been installed or you don't have the original hardware then you can order new hardware with part # RHK on our site.
Attached is an installation video of this trailer hitch on a 2004 Grand Cherokee that you can check out.
