For the biggest immediate improvement in ride quality I definitely recommend starting off with a rear sway bar. For your Tiffin RV built on the Workhorse W20 chassis the Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1259-108 will work perfectly. Most of the weight of a motorhome is on the rear axle and because of the various chassis designs this area is where most sway and instability originates from during travel.

The Roadmaster Rear Sway Bar is going to attach to the rear axle and chassis to essentially brace the frame as it shifts in turns and fight to constantly keep it in line on the highway. Once installed you are going to notice a much smoother ride right away and it's possible you find that a front bar isn't even needed. If you do however end up needing that front bar the correct part is the Roadmaster # RM-1259-105.

I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
