I have the 350lb system on my setup. 2016 Honda Pilot and 2017 Kodiak Dutchman hitch weight rated to 385lbs. I thought of upgrading the spring bars to the BXW4005 for 350 to 550tw. Just the bars not the whole system. I know this will not change my weight ratings. I thought this might help with my swaying in winds. What is the thought. Is this a good idea or will this make it worst?

Since your tongue weight is 385 lbs you are over the rating of your 350 lb tongue weight system so going to higher rated spring bars like part # BXW4005 will be your best option. This will help reduce sway and also improve the handling and braking of the tow setup as well.
