How To Use a Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch On a 2019 Ford F-350 with Pucks

I ordered the Curt Q20 5th wheel hitch. My trucks comes prepped from the factory with pucks. What do I need to install hitch to the bed of truck?

It sounds like you might have the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16130 which mounts using above bed rails. If that is the case then in order to mount this on your 2019 Ford F-350 with the factory pucks you will need to swap out the legs with the Curt OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch Legs for Ford Super Duty Towing Prep Package part # C16017 or you can use use the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter part # RP30156. The direct fit legs are a much better option but they are less cost effective than the adapter.
