It may be possible to lift your horse trailer but it will depend on what axles you have; I tried to take a look for myself but wasn't able to find any type of specifics.

If your trailer has a round axle and you have double-eye springs you can use what is called an over/under conversion kit, which moves your trailer's leaf springs to the top of your axle and lifts your trailer approximately the same amount as your axle's diameter plus the height of the leaf spring pack (please keep in mind this conversion kit is for use with double-eye springs only). I have added a photo a customer sent in which displays how the kit will look after being installed.

If you have a 2-3/8" round axle you would need Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 or if you have a 3" round axle you would need Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00. An axle which is 2-3/8" is commonly found on 3,500 lb axles while a 3" axle is commonly found on axles with ratings of 6,000 lbs to 7,200 lbs, which should help you determine which kit you need.

The other option to get at least 3" of lift would only work if you have a #12 Torflex axle with a capacity between 5,500 lbs and 7,000 lbs, the Torflex Lift Kit - Tandem Axle - 3-1/8" Lift # K71-725-02.

I have added links to video reviews of both the over/under kits and the Torflex kit for you to check out.
