That part number doesn't come up with anything for me other than a patent number for the hitch lock that is a part of the 5th wheel trailer hitch king pin lock which can also be used as a hitch pin lock.

Regardless the Tow Ready keys are no longer available so I recommend replacing the locking pin with the Tow Ready Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2-1/2" Hitches - Flush - 3-1/2" Span # TR63252.
