What does the toggle on the end of the tow bar bag connect to? We put it on the bar but cant find anywhere to connect the toggle end.

On the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar Cover, part # RM-055-3, the snap clip on the end of the cover will snap into the clip that is located on the inside of the bag at the other end of the opening.

It does look like it's time to replace the tow bar cover! I went to the warehouse and measured the Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar Cover part # RM-052-3 it measures 3'8" and about 7" deep so you should not have any issues using this…
