There isn't a Sportsman model, so I assume you have a 2015 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman 4x4, I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-52289-5 if that is the case. If you have the Sport, then I recommend the Roadmaster # RM-298-3 which is a similar baseplate but fits that sport frame.

For your tow bar, I recommend the Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-422. This will meet up to your base plates to give you a really nice connection. Then you will use safety cables # RM-653.

For your tow bar wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which will splice into your vehicle wiring with diodes to protect your electrical system and give you a very clean look. I also recommend adding the charge line kit # RM-156-25 to maintain your vehicle battery while towing.

For your braking system I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This will work very well for your truck and will give you a simple system that after the initial installation and adjustment becomes a simple plug and play system. This will allow you to simply flip a switch to get your vehicle ready to tow.
