Hitch-Mount Adapter for SnowBear Winter Wolf Snowplow
Question:
I have an 84inch winter wolf snowplow bought in 1996/ serial #WCO1447. It has a 31inch space between the mounts. What retrofit bracket would i need to couple the plow to a 2x2 front trailer hitch made by Curt on the front of my 2013 Chevy Silverado ?

SnowBear Winter Wolf Snowplow Hitch Adapter # SB324-120 is the correct part for your 1996 Winter Wolf plow to allow you to install it in the 2-inch front-mount receiver hitch on your Silverado.
Snowbear has kept the same 31-inch spacing on their plow mounts for close to 30 years so this part is correct. I did call Snowbear to confirm.
My technical contact there mentioned that since this item moves the plow's weight further away from the vehicle care should be exercised to avoid bending the mounting shaft on the adapter.
