Would Furrion Observation System Installed in a 2018 Grand Design Reflection Drain Battery
Question:
I have purchased a Furrion Observation Camera - Model- FOS05TASF for my 2018 Grand Design Reflection 5th Wheel. The install seems to be self explanatory since Grand Design has installed a bracket and has it pre-wired. My question is, once I hook the camera up will it only come on when my running lights are on? Will it create a drain on my battery when the unit sitting? If it does create a battery drain, where could I find instructions on how to wire a separate on/off switch? Thank You

You are correct. Once installed the Furrion backup camera kit part # FOS05TASF will only turn on and draw power when the running lights are turned on. You'd not need to worry about the kit draining your battery.
