The correct air pressure in the air spring in a Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box like # LC328492 is mostly a matter of subjective preference. The shock on the front of the pin box has a yellow sticker with an arrow indicator (please see the photo) to give you a starting point. From there you can get some miles under your belt to see whether the ride is to your liking.
Since trailer pin weights vary this pin box might have one ideal pressure on one trailer and a different ideal pressure on another. Feel free to experiment a bit. Time of year (outside temperature) may affect your preference as will the road surfaces you're on. There is no one right or wrong pressure so trust your own judgment to find the pressure sweet spot. And it is perfectly okay to use different pressures under differing conditions.
In most instances a light application of grease to the king pin is appropriate at the start of every trip. Other than that the main part of maintenance is keeping the recess at the top of the pin box fe of standing water and debris. The instructions are linked for your reference.
