Backup Camera Recommendation for 2018 Chapparal MBRB 373

Question:

I just got a MBRB 373 coachman chaparral 2018 and I realized that it’s already prepared for Rear camera Furrion... I was wondering if Furrion has any camera with Microphone. Also, if it is worth to have more than 1 camera on the sides? And how difficult would be to adapt to other companies like Tadi Brothers, etc...?

The Furrion Vision S cameras like what comes with the part # FOS43TASF that you referenced do have microphones built into the so you will get audio. To add cameras to the side the part # FCE48TASL works great as you'd replace the side marker lights with these and you'd be set. There's only 4 options for camera inputs for the kit, but also it's a bit redundant to have several cameras on either side of the camper based on how well the side view is for the cameras. Adapting the pre-wiring wouldn't be a huge deal. It basically would require installing the mounting bracket of the other brand in place of the Furrion and cutting off the connector to wire it directly.
