Will this power a trailer with led brake, turn and running lights?

The 4-way style of trailer wiring like what the part # A35W42B is designed to power trailer wiring that has a running light circuit and a stop/turn circuit that's brighter and shares the same wire. If this is what you have currently this would be all you need. If you have a trailer that has a separate turn signal from brake light signal you'd need taillight converter installed on the trailer wiring as well. For that you'd want the part # 118158 wired to the 4-way and to your trailer's wiring.
