Is Trimming of Bed Liner Required for the Extang Trifecta 2.0 on a 2019 Honda Ridgeline
Question:
My 2019 Honda Ridgeline has a bed liner in it. Will I need to cut out some of the bed liner to install the cover or are there some clamps I could install where the tie down hooks are installed?

If the bed liner on your 2019 Honda Ridgeline covers the side rails then you will need to do a little but of trimming for the Extang Trifecta 2.0 # EX92590 to fit properly. I have included a picture from the installation instructions for you to reference for this. Unfortunately there are no clamps that install where the tie-down hooks install for this system.
We do have the BAKFlip FiberMax Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK126602 which according to the instructions may only require a little trimming towards the cab side of the rails to make sure that the rails for the cover sit properly. This kit does have slightly different instructions though which give you different brackets to install on your accessory rails (see first page of this with second photo). This cover does sit at a higher price-point than the Trifecta 2.0 which has to do with the install but also the fact that the BAKFlip FiberMax is a hard cover which makes your truck bed secure when your tailgate is closed and locked.
Review videos for both covers have been linked for you to check out.
