2017 Nissan Armada 5-Way Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation
Question:
My vehicle needs a 5 way and besides cutting up all the cables are there any plug in tow harnesses? I dont have the factory 7 way. If needed my reverse lights are in the gate how would I get to those wires if I have no choice but to splice in?

The Tekonsha Modulite Protector 5-Way Flat KIT# 119177KIT is what you are going to need to install a 5-way in your 2017 Nissan Armada. This will require you to splice into your vehicle's wiring for all the circuit including the reverse light. Since the reverse light is in the rear hatch of your vehicle you'll have to find the wiring harness up near the hatch hinge that has all of the taillight wiring and test all of the wiring there till you find the circuit that has power only when the vehicle is in reverse. For a circuit tester you'd need the part # PTW2993 if you do not have one already.
