Troubleshooting Bulldog Powered A-Frame Jack that Does Not Want to Function
Question:
I bought this bulldog power jack from Amazon I never had a problem with other purchases for electronics but when I first got it. It wouldnt go on I even clean the bottom of the jack where it sits on the frame of the trailer to get better ground an still nothing i cant figure out what it could be I check the motor for a loose wire but did not find anything can you help me if you could ?

The Bulldog Jack # BD500199 that you referenced grounds through the mounting hardware so your best option would be to run a jumper wire from the mounting flange of the jack to the ground wire on your trailer wiring to see if that gets it to work. It has an internal circuit breaker that automatically resets so only other possible problem is an internal problem. For that you'd want to return it to where you bought it from.
