Can Trailer Interior Lights Be Powered When Not Connected to Tow Vehicle
Question:
I have a 2017 ford F350 is there a way I can turn on my interior lights in my trailer without the truck running on a 7 pin from the factory

To be able to power the interior lights of your trailer without having a tow vehicle connected will require you to install a battery in your trailer. Then the 12 volt power wire of your trailer wiring will run to the battery to help keep it topped off and the lighting of the trailer will power from the battery.
