For your 4 inch lift on your 2004 Ford Super Duty truck, I recommend the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Vehicles w/ 4" Lift # F2371 along with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2550 if you have a suspension lift. If you have a body lift, then you can simply use the helper springs without the spacers. If you have a combination, let me know how much of each for a more customized fit.
The air springs will allow you to adjust the psi in the springs to level your truck and eliminate sag. You may also want to consider using the Firestone Ride-Rite LS Rear Shock Absorbers # F4350 in conjunction if you desire even more support and stability. This option is only compatible with the body lift. The air springs and shocks are both able to be manually adjusted.
You may want to consider adding a compressor system to give you the convenience of adjustment at any time as well as a way to gauge the pressure in your springs. I recommend the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote and Mobile App - EZ Mount # AL25980EZ for the easiest to use system that doesn't require running air lines to your dash. This is a system that allows for adjusting side to side for off center loads. If you won't have off-center loads then I recommend the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Hand-Held Remote - Single Path # AL25980.
If you want a system that doesn't require adjusting and will simply assist when needed, then I recommend the RRoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611. This system mechanically engages your springs when needed to add the support to reduce sag. This system utilizes a coil spring to assist and engage when needed leaving your factory suspension unchanged when not under load.
