The Lippert Electric A Frame Jack part # LC285318 would be a great option. Basically you pick out a jack capacity based on the tongue weight of the trailer. Your trailer that weighs 12,500 lbs would have a tongue weight capacity of right at 1,200 lb which the Lippert jack you mentioned has a lifting capacity of 3,500 lbs so that wouldn't be a problem at all.
You might also consider the LIppert # LC643589 Smart Jack that has all the features of the other Lipper jack, but also remembers the unhitched and hitched heights so it can, with the press of a buttong automatially raise or lower her coupler to the correct height.
