Dimension Needed to Know if Powered Ram Jack # EJ-3520-BBX Will Clear Tailgate
Question:
My 2017 Tacomas tailgate, when in the down and open position, there is not enough room between the end of the tailgate and the manual tongue jack I have on my dump trailer. So, Ive had to get a 12inch long ball hitch to avoid the tailgate coming into contact with the tongue jack. Question: what is the distance from the front of the tongue jack shaft to the front of the electrical portion of the jack positioned above the shaft? thanks, tk

I attached a picture of the Ram Jack part # EJ-3520-BBX that you referenced that has the dimension you are looking for plus a few extra. The distance from the upright mast to the furthest point out on the jack is 5-1/4 inches.
