Will Ventline VentaDome Trailer Roof Vent part # V2110SP-24 Fit 14 inch x 14 inch Roof Opening
Question:
The installation instructions for the v2110sp-24 roof vent states that a rough opening of 14 1/4inch x 14 1/4inch is required. The rough opening in my camper is exactly 14inch x 14. The old vent was a snug fit but not too snug for it to work. My question is: Is the 14 1/4inch requested opening given as to allow a little playinch or will the v2110sp-24 indeed fit my 14inch rough opening being a little snug just as the original vent was. I do not want to get into trying to enlarge the opening by 1/4inch if the new vent wont go into the hole. Can you verify for sure if the v2110sp-24 will fit into my 14inch opening or not. Thank you for any info. you can provide.

The Ventline VentaDome Trailer Roof Vent part # V2110SP-24 that you referenced is going to fit well in your 14 by 14 inch roof opening. It would be a snug fit like you had with the old vent but it would fit fine as-is.
