We currently (February of 2019) don't have an installation video of the Curt Echo # C51180 on a 2015 Jeep Wrangler but the installation will be the exact same as the other vehicles that we have videos on. This is because the Echo installs in the vehicle-side 7-Way and just requires the basic trailer lighting and 12V power to work.
Since you currently have a 4-Way on your Wrangler you simply need to install the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit # ETBC7L and you can use the Echo! This plugs into the factory 4-Way on your Wrangler and then just needs the included power wire routed to your battery (through the included circuit breaker) so that you have power to the Echo.
I have attached an installation video of the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7 on a 2013 Wrangler Unlimited for you to reference. The only difference between the ETBC7 and the ETBC7L is that the ETBC7 has some extra components so that you have a fully functional 7-Way. A no-drill mount bracket like part # 18136 is useful in the event that you don't have an easy way to secure the new 7-Way bracket.
Once you've installed the 7-Way on your Wrangler just follow the attached review video for the Curt Echo and you are good to go!
