Does Kat's Block Heater Install Require Draining Antifreeze
Question:
I’m thinking about putting a block heater in item number is KH11813 just making sure I don’t have to drain the antifreeze and it just goes straight in without taking anything out thank

The Kat's block heaters like the # KH11813 actually install in catridges in the block and do not require you to pop out any freeze plugs or even come in to direct contact with antifreeze at all. The heater just slips in like you mentioned.
