Best Trailer Hitch for a 2004 Volvo XC70
Question:
Main thing I would tow is a 17 foot camper that weighs about 2800lbs, maybe 4-5 times a year. Now I understand that class II hitch can handle that, but I would like to go with a 2" receiver just because I already have bunch of other accessories that are all 2" as I had an F150 that had a 2" receiver. In other words, do you have any other hitches that are class III with 2" receivers or maybe even class II with 2" receivers?

I do have a trailer hitch receiver that will fit your 2004 Volvo XC70 but it has a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening, not a 2" receiver tube opening. They do not make one with such for your Volvo and the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13559 that you referenced will not fit. The correct trailer hitch I recommend for you is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12318 which as previously mentioned has a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening.
The 1-1/4" receiver tube opening however can still do mostly everything a 2" receiver tube opening can, just at a lesser capacity. For example, if you wanted to tow a trailer then you could still do so and your towing capacity would not be limited by the trailer hitch.
If you can tell me what you will be using the trailer hitch for I would be glad to make some additional recommendations for you.
