Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH2004705265 do fit the 265/40-21 size tires on your 2016 Porsche Macan and they also fit over a dozen other tire sizes too. These chains use a diamond-shaped pattern on their cross chains that tends to provide better sideways grip. All chains that fit your size tires are shown on the linked page.
Before purchasing and installing chains I recommend checking your printed owner's manual for guidance and/or restrictions for using tire chains on your specific tire size. Some autos can use tire chains only on specific tire sizes and also sometimes only on one axle or the other. Porsche's online manual recommends chain use only on the rear tires of the 2016 Macan.
The concern with using chains on larger tires is having very little clearance within the wheel wells as the tires and chains rotate. Front tires can have less clearance since they turn inside the wheel wells and there is potential risk to brake components, for example, from the spinning chains coming into contact with such components.
