Recommended Air Bags for 2010 Ford F-250 with Gooseneck Hitch and 4 Inch Lift

Question:

Im pretty sure I have on my 2010 F-250 part number BWGNRK1108. It was on it when I bought the truck. I am wondering if there is an air bag assist system that will work with this hitch still installed? If there are multiple what kit do yall recommend? Please note my truck has a 4 inch lift kit. Blocks on the back and is running on 37 inch tall tires. Hoping to get a kit to help with the ride quality in the back and the sagging when towing. I tow an off road jeep on a 16 foot car hauler a couple times a month. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

We do have air bags for a 2010 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1108 and a 4 inch lift.

I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2550 which fit your truck with your gooseneck hitch and the air bags can be adjusted individually from 5 psi to 100 psi so you can set them differently when you are towing or not towing; they also have a 5,000 lb load-leveling capacity. The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2550 are made in the USA and the air bags themselves come with a lifetime warranty. Please note that your F-250 must have the stock jounce bumpers on your vehicle since it has a lift in order to use the Ride-Rite springs.

Since you have a 4 inch lift on your truck it is likely you will need the Lift Spacers # F2371 which is for vehicles with a 4 inch lift and measure between 9-1/2 inches and 10-1/2 inches between the upper and lower brackets, though you will need to take this measurement after the Ride-Rite springs are already installed.

I also strongly recommend installing the Air Command Compressor System # F2610 with the helper springs because of its wireless control which allows you to adjust the air pressure in each bag from the comfort of your truck's cab as opposed to having to potentially brave a chilling cold or sweltering heat before making a trip.

I have added links to video reviews and installations of both the air springs and compressor for you to take a look at.
