For a 2005 Dodge Ram with a 6-1/2 foot bed you would have the Extang BlackMax Soft Tonneau Cover # EX2770; the correct replacement tarp for this tonneau is the Replacement Tarp for Extang BlackMax Soft Tonneau Cover # EX1770.

Thanks for the pictures but no, the EX2700 tonneau cover that the #EX1700 fits is for a 2004-15 Nissan Titan 6' 7" Bed. The one previously mentioned #EX1770 is for your truck, so it'd for sure work if you have the 2770 tonneau cover.
