Recommended Air Springs for 2018 Ford F-150 with B&W Gooseneck Hitch Installed

Hey there. I have a 18 Ford F-150 with a B&W gooseneck already installed. Really want to add air bags to level out my ride and give me good comfort and adjustability. Want to make sure I choose a good set though that won't get in a fight with my gooseneck brackets though. Can you tell me which one I should get?

For a rear air spring kit that is compatible with the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch you have installed on your 2018 Ford F-150 I highly recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 # AL57385 if you have 4WD or the Air Lift # AL88268 if you have 2WD.
Unlike other air spring systems for your truck the mounting brackets for these will not interfere with the gooseneck brackets and I really like internal bumpers on these springs that give you the strength of jounce style springs along with the consistently smooth ride that you can only get from air bags. Air Lift also uses unique upper and lower roll plates on the brackets that protect the springs from damage and extend the life of the system. They feature a 5,000 pound weight capacity and will do an excellent job of keeping everything level.
I have attached a short video demonstration and the written installation instructions that you can check out as well.
For either system I do recommend adding a compressor kit like the Air Lift # AL25592 so you can adjust the springs from the comfort of your cab.
