A Thule lock core with number E091 can use the replacement key part # THKEYN091 which is cut the same. My Thule contact confirmed this key will work in your lock.

If you ever need a replacement lock core you can use part # THLOCKN091 which you will install using Universal Change Key # 853-1251.

If you should ever want to change out all four lock cores on your rack the kit you can use is part # TH450400. This complete lock set includes 4 lock cores, 2 standard keys and the Universal Change Key all in one kit. The linked video shows you the process to change out lock cores.
